I watched Gone With the Wind a couple of months ago and I drew this picture I didnt upload it because I forgot about it, but I just found it recently and cleaned it up! Yay!

I don't really have a story for her, she looks like she needs one though. But I do know that she is from Atlanta, Ga and she has lived the very spoiled life of a Southern Belle, the beauties of the south. She has gotten everything she has ever wanted and for that, she is terribly proud and snotty. No one in the family likes Cousin Cissy and her parents because they are all so stuck up, but like a good family, they plaster fake smiles on their faces and invite them to dinner parties and allow her to spent weeks and weeks over at relatives houses.
